them do not need to be alone to do all Everyone have their own idea to conuribute to your group.


   You should have determination and motivation to also motivate your tcam and accepting and being challenge head on is a large part of leadership, meaning that intuition is a key to master. There may be times when there is no clear road to take, especially when the stakes are
high, find the energy to remain calm so that this is reflects in your team and use your knowledge.
